Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary resource for members, delivering outstanding support with prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Guide members through available programs, products, and services, fostering connections with peers and providers.
- Collaborate with team members, vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure operational efficiency and consistent communication.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing the member experience, optimizing resources, and maximizing our organizational impact.
- Create and manage engaging content tailored for newsletters, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote member retention, growth, and programs effectively.
- Oversee the production and dissemination of the e-newsletter, ensuring compelling content and cohesive branding.
- Manage social media platforms, crafting posts, and encouraging member engagement.
- Maintain and refresh website content to guarantee an optimal user experience, collaborating with external partners to improve functionality.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for both virtual and in-person events, including conferences and networking sessions.
- Assist in event preparation, managing registrations, coordinating sponsor logistics, and collecting attendee feedback.
- Support initiatives prioritizing board, committee, and regional group objectives.
- Ensure accurate membership and event data management within the Association Management System (AMS), streamlining documentation processes.
- Prepare analytical reports and assist with annual benchmarking surveys to guide organizational improvements.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an association, nonprofit, or educational context, particularly in membership programs or event support.
- A strong commitment to delivering a positive member experience through personalized and proactive communication.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A collaborative spirit, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort in working both independently and as part of a small remote team.
- Proficiency in social media, marketing platforms, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Canva, Zoom).
- Strong command of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and data management applications.
Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for a 35-40 hour workweek.
- Location: Primarily remote; candidates must reside in California, with preference given to those in the Sacramento, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles regions.
- Pay: Starting at \(29-\)32 per hour, based on experience and skills.
